S URINARY: At the beginning of the month, the plant was operating near full power. The plant was placed in economic dispatch (load following) at the request of the BPA for portions of the month. On February 4 the plant went into a planned downpower to plug leaking tubes in the condenser. The plant returned to full power operation at the end of the. month with preparations to shut down at the request of BPA early in March.
