(seeLER85-005) 15-05 1/31/85 F 16.02 A 3 LATER EB RELAYX F Generator tripped from 100% power as a result of inadvertant operati6n of a unit lockout relay with the resultant tripping scheme causing a partial loss of off site power. The cause of-trip was investigated, transformers were tested and modifications to relays were implemented to prevent similar future occurances.
