The above entitled application, dated July 23, 1959, is hereby amended by substituting for Section J of Part A thereof the following new Section J J. ALLOCATION OF SPECIAL NUCLEAR MATERIALS In view of the fact that '.leatinghouse has agreed ts furt.ish all fuel requirements for the project for the firrt five yearc of operation and has also agreed to assume financial responsibility fer all special nuclear materials needed for the five-year period of operation es required by the Atenie Energy Ccmmission reguistions, including payment directly to the Atomic Energy Commission cf all charges in connection with such material, Westinghouse will file in its own name a separate request for allocation of special nuclear material for this project in connection with Westinghouse's existing special materials license.
