It is requested that Saxton be authorized by amendment dated December 20, 1962.
of its existing provisional operating license or other appropriate authorization to conduct the Phase 1 experimental program in accordance with changes and ad-ditions described in Addendum No. 1 to the Phase 1 Safeguards Report.
