The two fuel bearing ri.de described in Paragraph 1.1 of Change Request flo. 31 are clad vith Zirealoy-4 having a nominal thickness of 23 3 mils instead of 23.5 mils as stated.

During the revivw of Change Request lio. 20, Division of Reactor Licensing infonned S!lEC that the hot channel factors, heat fluxes and D!iB ratios did not setn compatibic and asked for a re-evaluation.

In Table 3, page 7, of request, the hot channel factors listed (Fq = 1.72 and FoH = 1.22) for the 4-rod SubassembAy VI operating in the central core location were assembly peak to assembly average values. ! Jew values for the hot channel factors (F a 6.44 and q

FaH = 4.56) based on assembly peak to core average were reported to Division of Reactor Licensing. The new values were used in the Safety Evaluation by the Research and Power Reactor Safety Branch, Division of Recetor Licensing.
