Re: Turkey Point Plant Unit No. 4 Docket No. 50-251 The reinspection of Unit No. 4 seismic restraints was completed November 5,1973 73-4.
The 39 in accordance with Regulatory Operations Bulletin No.
Bergen-Patterson restraints and 16 Power Piping Company restraints installed as replacements for Bergen-Patterson restraints during the previous outage were found to be in satisfactory condition.

At this time various alternatives are beir.g evaluated by FPL materials.
The Atomic Energy Commission will be advised and its engineer-constructor.
