Dear Mr. Giambusso:
TURKEY POINT UNIT NO. 3 DOCKET NO. 50-250 INSPECTION OF SAFETY RELATED HYDRAULIC PIPE RESTRAINTS Inspection of the safety related pipe restraints that are accessi-ble during power operation was completed on October 21, 1974, in accordance with the continuing requirements of the Atomic Energy Commission Directorate of Licensing letter of November 8, 1973.
All of the restraints were found to be in an operable condition.
Ilydraulic fluid was added to two restraints to bring their fluid level to the upper end of the allowable level band.
The inspection included a total of 20 restraints and all are of the Bergen-Paterson design.
