Dear Mr. Giambusso:

TURKEY POINT UNIT NO. 4 DOCKET NUMBER 50-251 REINSPECTION OF SAPETY RELATED HYDRAULIC PIPE RESTRAINTS INACCESSIBLE DURING POWER OPERATION Reinspection of the subject piping restraints was completed on May 25, 1974, in accordance with the continuing require-ments of the Directorate of Licensing letter of November 8, 1973.

There were 50 restraints inspected.

Thirty-four of these restraints are of the Bergen-Paterson design and 16 are of the Power Piping design.

All of the restraints were found to be in satisfactory condition.
