TURKEY POINT UNIT NO. 4 DOCKnT NO. 50-251 INSPECTION OF SAFETY RELATED HYDRAULIC PIPE RESTRAINTS Inspection of the safety related pipe restraints that are ac-cessible during power operation was completed on May 13, 1974, in accordance with the continuing requirements of the Atomic Energy Commission Directorate of Licensing letter of November 8, 1973.
The inspection showed that all of the restraints were operable.
However, two restraints located on the main steam piping showed evidence of excessive hydraulic fluid leakage.
Although these restraints were operable, they were replaced with spare restraints due to the extent of the leak.
