Wofford on the subject areas of his duties and responsibilities as Director of LERO and any other participation he may have had or will have in the prepa-ration or implementation of the LILCO Plan. Such deposition will be taken before a Notary Public, or before some other au-thorized officer, at the H. Lee Dennison Building, Ninth Floor, Veterans Memorial Highway, Hauppauge, New York 11788 on the 22nd day of September, 1983, at 1:30 o' clock p.m. and from day to day thereafter until the examination is completed.
