NOTICE OF DEPOSITION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 CFR S2.740a, Suffolk County, by its attorneys, will take the deposition upon oral examination of Arthur Seale en the subject areas of his designation of LILCO employees to fill LERO positions and any other roles he has played or will play in the preparation or implementation of the LILCO Plan. Such deposition will be taken before a Notary Public, or before some other authorized officer, at the H. Lee Dennison Building, Ninth Floor, Veterans Memorial Highway, Hauppauge, New York 11788 on the 21st day of September, 1983, at 9:00 o' clock a.m. and from day to day thereafter until the examination is completed.
