As requested by your Mr. Guy Vissing to our Mr. C. R. Domeck in a telephone conversation on December 1, 1978, below are listed the plant modifications being made at the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No. I to implement.the Fire Hazard Analysis Report:

1. Fire extinguishers are being added to 13 rooms and areas

2. Wet sprinkler or spray systems are being added and/or upgraded in 12 rooms and areas

3. Water curtains are being added in 3 rooms

4. Concrete curbing is being installed in 5 roo=s

5. Hose statiens are being installed in 8 areas

6. Alar =s are being added in 2 battery rooms

7. Door fire ratings are being upgraded in 5 places

8. Fire rated dampers are being added in 3 loc 2tions

9. Structura1 steel fire proofing is being added in 3 areas

10. Fire detection systems are being installed and/or modified in 60 areas

11. Portable radio co==unication is being added in 33 rooms or areas
