DIABLO CANYON PHYSICAL SECURITY -- PURGING OF CLASSIFIED MATERIAL IN ALAB-653 Discussion:
By Order dated July 29, 1982 the Commission notified the parties to the Diablo Canyon Physical Security proceeding that it was "considering expunging the classified material from ALAB-653 and the underlying record pursuant to 10 CFR 2.913."
The Commission in that Order provided the parties an opportunity to comment "on whether expunction of the classified materia would prejudice them."
