The Board decided that the information on siren notification deficiencies forwarded by the City of San Clemente and Intervenors Guard, et al., did not merit reopening the proceedings and determined that the existing siren system and alternative means of notification provide reasonable assurance that adequate notification to the public within the plume exposure pathway Emergency Planning Zone will be accomplished.
