Discussion:
In Nuclear Control Institute v. NRC, 563 F.
Supp. 768 (D.D.C.
1983), the District Court ordered the Commission to release under the Freedom of Information Act what is popularly known as the " Morgan Report."
The Court sustained the Commission's decision to withhold other related documents.
Following this partial success, the plaintiff filed a petition for attorney's fees in the amount of $28,166.
