The corrected pages being submitted are a result of teleconferences and subsequent agreements between NRC Region II and SQN Site Security personnel on July 7 and August 2. These corrected pages for Revisions 31 and 32 provide clarification of the commitments as requested by NRC Region II. The clarification does not change the commitment originally submitted in Revisions 31 and 32 respectfully.

This letter and the enclosed information are being sent by registered mail. The signed receipt will signify that you have received this j information and acknowledge that it contains safeguards material and shculd be withheld from public disclosure as defined by 10 CFR 73.21. ,
