P CORRECTIVE ACTION:

The third from top secondary coil on No. 15 CFCU was isolated from-the remainder of the coils by installing a blank flange insert between the service water inlet and outlet flanges.

  • As per engineering analysis, it is possible to isolate an

-individual cooler in this manner while retaining acceptable  ;

. efficiency of the cooler. This cooler will be replaced during a future outage; howevor, no supplementary report-will be ,

issued. No. 15 CFCU was tested satisfactorily and returned '

to service. Action Statement 3.6.2.3.a was terminated at ,
