Webinar PURPOSE:
The purpose of this predecisional enforcement conference is to discuss with River Bend Station (RBS) three apparent willful violations identified by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). The apparent violations involve the administration of a training examination, the performance of operator rounds, and the control of critical digital asset access keys (Enforcement Actions: EA-21-017, EA-21-050, and EA 030). These apparent violations are discussed in NRC Inspection Report 05000458/2021090 dated July 1, 2021 (ADAMS Accession ML21182A222).

This conference is closed to public observation because it involves the findings of an NRC Office of Investigations report that has not been publicly disclosed.
