For example, all documents for Corrective Action Reports Summaries should be in a file/folder titled 1- A, Procedures in file/folder 1- B, etc.

General: Please state what revision of your physical security plan you are currently using.

Please provide the CAP procedure.

1. Physical Security Requirements for ISFSI (81311) (effective date 10/06/20)

A. Corrective action report summaries that are any way associated with ISFSI security, from March 26, 2018 to June 9, 2021. Please provide any additional ISFSI security CRs that may be written after June 9, 2021 while I am on site.

B. Any ISFSI Security procedure, such as but not limited to: Access Authorization, Access Control, Searching, Patrolling and Surveillance programs, Equipment Testing, Lock and Key, etc.

C. Any Lesson Plan that covers security ISFSI operations.

D. A complete list of personnel currently authorized unescorted access into the ISFSI.

E. Protection of Safeguards Information Procedures.

F. Any security audits that include ISFSI since March 30, 2018.
