report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective

examinati'ns of procedures and records, interviews with facility personnel and observations by the inspector.
i Based on the results of this inspection, it appears that your activities were f
not in full compliance with NRC regulations, as set forth in the Notice of l
Violation,, enclosed herewith as Appendix A.

i In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2,

Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of the findings of your i
safeguards and security procedures are exempt from public disclosure; j
therefore, the enclosed inspection report, Appendix A, and your response to
items listed in Appendix A thereto, will not be placed in the Public Document

Room and will receive limited distribution.
