SUBJECT: EQUIPP,ENT QUALIFICATION INSPECTION - RIVER BEND STATION This letter confirms the dates of November 2 to 6,1987, for the equipment qualification (EQ) inspection at the River Bend Station. These dates were established during previous telephone conversations with your staff by Mr. A. R. Johnson, Region I The management entrance meeting is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on November 2, 1987, at your plant site. The plant walkdown inspection of equipment is planned for November 4,1987. The management exit meeting is tentatively scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on November 6, 1987, at the plant site. We will further contact your staff by telephone to address the logistics of the inspectio The inspection will include the following: Review of your implementation of a 10 CFR 50.49 program including preservation of the qualified status of equipmen . Review of your implementation of EQ corrective action commitment . Review of EQ documentation file .
