involved the lack of installation ~of the waste compactor and sample collec-i tion system of the solid radioactive waste system and operation of the system as described in the FSAR.
The licensee had installed the waste compactor and the sample collection system.
The licensee had not completed the system testing and operation.
Deviation (458/8622-02) remains open.
