Containment _(Structural Concrete II) - Observation of Work and Work
- Activities
- The : inspector observed partial placement of pour number 4327, main steam support number 4.
Acceptance criteria examined by the inspector appear in: a.
'PSAR, Section 3.8' 'b.- Procedure _M-2, Inspection of Design Concrete c.
Drawing number CN-1388-2 - -Discussions _with responsible engineers and observations of work and records P' showed.that concrete was'being batched, transported and placed in accordance J with' acceptance criteria. Followup examination of inspector followup item 413/414/79-21-01,~" Concrete Cleanliness and Vib' ration Practices", indicated responsible engineers had initiated a program for retraining craftsmen and inspectors in vibration practices and prepour cleanup. This item remains .open and.will be followed up in future inspections.
No deviations or items of noncompliance were identified.
