- Inspection Summary Inspection Conducted July 7-11 -1986 (Report 50-382/86-14)
Areas Inspected:
Routine, unannounced inspection of physical barriers - vital area, records and reports, communications, compensatory measures, security system power supply, personnel training and qualifications security contingency plan, lock and key control, and assessment aids.
Results:
Within the areas inspected, three violations were identified (failure to control vital area barrier which was' unlocked and unalarmed, paragraph 2; failure to report major loss of physical security effectiveness, paragraph 3; and failure to record tests required by regulations, paragraph 4).
