Results Of the 3 areas inspected, no items of noncompliance or deviations were identified.

Exit Interview .. The inspection scope and findings were summarized on June 19, 1980 with those persons indicated in Paragraph I above.

Licensee Action On Previous Inspection Findings a.
(Closed) Infraction 369/79-29-01, Failure to follow Containment Inte-grated Leak Rate Test (CILRT) procedure TP-1-A-1200-06, valve KC331 at penetration No. M355 was closed and signed off as being open in the test procedure. The licensee performed a local leak rate test on this penetration and added the results to the CILRT test results.

(Closed) Unresolved Item 369/80-03-01, The licensee committed to add heat tracing to the recirculation and vent lines of the refueling water storage tank and the inspector verified that the heat tracing was added.

Unresolved Items Unresolved items were not identified during this inspection.

IE Bulletin (Closed) IEB 80-50, VACUUM CONDITION RESULTING IN DAMAGE TO CHEMICAL VOLUME CONTROL SYSTEM (CVCS) HOLDUP TAhTS The licensee's response dated June 5, 1980 advised that the requirements of this bulletin have been met at McGuire. The licensee listed each tank and the design features which protected it against vacuum conditions that could result in tank damage.
