- In review of the Hot Functional Test procedure, a previously identified Inspector Followup Item was noted regarding the development of Operating Instructions for Unit 2 prior to Hot Functional Testing. (311/77-25-02).
One of the prerequisites of the HFT procedure calls for Operating Instructions to support the Integrated Hot Functional Tes The or* s needed to sup.port HFT have been identified and are now being written and/or reviewe (1)
Forty-four are needed for performance of testing, (2)
Fourteen are needed as prerequisites to testing, and, (3)
Five will be used as reference This item will remain open and will be followed up during future inspection In review of the Hot Functional Test Procedure, the inspector noted that as a prerequisite,_ forty three Startup Procedures (SUPsr and one Detailed Test Procedure (DTP) will have to be reviewed prior to the HF The inspector was made aware of the fact that many of these SUP's are ih preparation or ar out for comment Findings It was noted by the inspector that this was a preliminary review of the draft copies of these procedures, and that a detailed review will be made of the approved procedures on a subsequent inspectio The inspector expressed his concern relative to receiving all needed procedures in adequate time for our review.
