Local Leak Rate Test Witnessing
6.
Local leak rate testing was witnessed on Wednesday, August 30,
1978. Three items concerning leak rate testing were addressed to
licensee's representatives during the- inspection. The items are as
follows:
-LRT instrument range accuracy. -This item will be left as an
unresolved item.
Containment sump suction valve.
This item will be left as an
unresolved item.
Containment weld channels. This item will be left as an
Inspector Followup Item.
The three preceding items covered in detail, will appear in In-
spection Report 311/78-29.
