Licensee Action on Previously Identified Items (Closed} Unresolved Item(3ll/78-15-02):
Flame test of electrica connectors using WCSF-N material in accordance with 1EEE38 The inspector reviewed the licensee qualification documentation data which indicated that the Raychem WCSF-N heat shrinkable material meets the requirements of a loss of coolant accident (LOCA) as stated in the SA.
Electrical Components and Systems The inspector observed completed work, and partially completed work relative to the installation of safety related components and system The inspector considered the 1 i sted items with regard to criteria delineated tn FSAR Section 7 and 8 and UE&C Procedures DCP 2205, 2204, 2206 and QCP 13-6. *

Cooling Pump Motor A-Bus, Safety Injection Spray Pump Motor C-Bus, Auxiliary Feed Water Pump Motor 8-Bus, Charging Pump Motor B-Bus, and Residual Heat Removal _Pump Motor A-Bu No. 11 Containment Fan Motor No. lA Vital Instrument Inverter AC/DC Power Supply For NOlB Vital Instrument Inverter The inspector considered the following aspects relative to the components and systems installation: storage, handling, identifi-cation of material, use of special material, installation in accordance with drawings and procedures includinQ QC inspection, location, separation, redundancy, protection, cleanliness, segregation,and identification of nonconforming component No items of noncompliance were identifie.
QA Audit Reports of Electrical Cables and Terminations The inspector examined Quality Assurance audits associated with the installation of electrical cable and cable terminations. The in-spector considered the above audit with regard to criteria delineated in FSAR Appendix D Section D.3.8 titled, 11Audits.
The inspector examined the following licensee audits reports rela-tive to the electrical cables installation and termination require-ments of FSAR Section Audit Report No. 808 titled "Installation of cable, 11 dated June 20, 197 Audi't Report No. 814 titled 11Installation of Raceways and Instrument Tubing Trays, 11 dated May 3, 197 Audit Report No. 826 titled,"Cable Termination's In-Line Spltce and Testtng.
