Included review of security plan, security program audit, security organization, physical barriers (protected area), lighting, access control (Identification, authorization and badging), access control (search),

access control (escorting), access control (vital areas), alarm stations, detection aids, assessment aids, communications, testing and maintenance, compensatory measures, power supply, response, lock, keys and combinations, and records and reports.

The inspection involved 34 inspector hou's on site by one NRC inspector.

The inspection was begun during an offshift period; six inspection hours were accomplished during offshift periods.

Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the 19 areas examined during the inspection except for the following area:

Access Control - Failure to control access to the central alarm station.
