REPORT NOS. 50-259/89-57, 50-260/89-57, AND 50-296/89-57 Thank you for your response of March 16, 1990, to our Notice of Violation issued on January 30, 1990, concerning activities conducted at your Browns Ferry facility.
We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of
CFR 2.201.
We wil'l examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
Inspection report 90-09 documents three additional examples of the violation identified in 89-57.
Therefore, the NRC concludes that your corrective action is not yet complete.
Also inspection report 90-09 contains several comments on your March 16, 1990, response.
You should consider those comments and determine if a revised response to 89-57 is needed.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
