REPORT NOS. 50-259/89-11, 50-260/89-11, AND 50-296/89-11 Thank you for your response of July 5, 1989, and July 10, 1989, to our Notice of Violation issued on April 17, 1989, concerning activities conducted at your Browns Ferry facility.
Based on a conversation with Mr.
P.
Carier, Browns Ferry Site Licensing Manager, on July 16, 1989, it is our understanding that the responses are identical.
Two responses were sent due to an oversight.
Me consider the July 5, 1989 response as TVA's official response since it corresponds with the due date.
Me have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
Me will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
