Thi s routine, unannounced inspection was conducted in the area of the Physi ca 1 Securi ty Program for Power Reactors, speci fica 1 ly, Management, Audits, Access Control s, Compensatory Measures and Training.

In addition, the 1 icensee'

responsiveness to prior NRC issues, Notices, and Regul atory Effectiveness Review Unit 2 Restart Items was verifi ed and several open items were

"closed."

In the areas inspected, violations or devi ations were not identi fied.

The licensee continues to progress in upgradi ng it'
