Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-416 License No NPF-13 File 0260/L-835.0 Special Report 83-109/0 - Fire Barriers Opened to Implement a Design Change Package AECM-83/0789 On November 5, 1983, fire barriers located in Control Room floor panel 11113-U735, LA53-LO91 were opened to implement a design change package. A fire watch was established in accordance with Technical Specification 3.7.7 until the barriers were resealed on December 4,1983. Thic condition had no effect on the health and safety of the public and did not constitute a threat to plant safety. This Special Report is submitted pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.2 since the seven (7) day Limiting Condition for Operation time limit was exceeded.
