' License No. NPF-13 File 0260/L-835.0 Special Report 83-102/0 - Fire Door OR122 Blocked Open to Support Planned Maintenance Activities AECM-83/0744 On October 14, 1983, fire door OR122 lccated on elevation 93 feet of the Radwaste Building was blocked open to support planned maintenance activities (routing of hoses through door for painting).
Fire watches were established in accordance with Technical Specification 3.7.7 as part of the planned activities. The door is expected to be restored by December 30, 1983. This is submitted as a Special Report pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.2.
