Update Report - Fire Rated Penetrations Opened to Implement Design Change Packages AECM-83/0560 This is an update to a previous report submitted May 31, 1983, for the following event. Beginning on April 24, 1983, the fire rated penetrations listed on the attached page were opened to implement design change packages and restored on the dates listed. Hourly fire watches were established within one hour and were maintained for the duration of the planned maintenance activities in accordance with Technical Specification 3.7.7.

This cendition had no affect on the health and safety of the public and did not constitute a threat to plant safety. The last fire barrier associated with this Special Report was restored on September 6, 1983. This is submitted as a Special Report pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.2.
