Update Report - Fire Rated Penetrations Opened to Implement Design Change Packages AECM-83/0545 This is an update to a previous report submitted on April 28, 1983, for the following event. Beginning on March 22, 1983, the fire rated penetrations listed on the attached page were opened to implement design change packages.

Ilourly fire watches were established within 1 hour1.157407e-5 days <br />2.777778e-4 hours <br />1.653439e-6 weeks <br />3.805e-7 months <br /> and will be maintained for the duration of the planned maintenance activities in accordance with Technical Specification 3.7.7. The purpose of this update is to provide a revised estimated completion date.

This condition has no affect on the health and safety of the public and does not constitute a threat to plant safety. The work tasks are expected to be completed by October 15, 1983. This is reported as a Special Report pursuant to Technical Specificatiot B.9.2.
