Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-416 License No NPF-13 File 0260/L-835.0 Special Report 83-052/1 - Update Report - Fire Rated Penetrations Opened to Implerent Design Change Packages AECM-83/0508 This is an update to a previous report submitted on June 27, 1983. The conditions for which the report was submitted occurred beginning on May 23, 1983, when the following fire rated penetrations were opened to implement design change packages:

PENETRATIONS INCIDENT REPORT NO.

CE-276 DA 83-05-52 CE-132 E 83-05-64 AE-74D 83-05-63 This required entering the action statement for Technical Specification 3.7.7 and was reported as a Special Report pursuant to Technical Specification 6.92. Hourly fire watches were established within one hour and were maintained until the penetrations were resealed. The last penetration associated with this Special Report was restored on August 29, 1983.
