The doors were restored on the dates indicated.

0C520 - EL 166' - Elec. Space to Auxiliary Instrument Shop, Centrol Building - July 25, 1983 1A215 - EL 119' - Southwest Stairwell, Auxiliary Building - August 9, 1983 1A316 - EL 139' - Southwest Stairwell, Auxiliary Building - July 29, 1983 1A317 - EL 139' - Southwest Stairwell, Auxiliary Building - July 29, 1983 1A204 - El 119' - RHR "A" Piping Room, Ar.yilirry Building - July 31, 1983 Fire watches were established in accordancc with Technical Specification 3.7.7 until the dcors were restored.

This is reported as a Special Report pursuant to Technical 3pecification 6.9.2 since the seven (7) day Limiting Condition for Operation time limit was exceeded. The event had no affect on the health and safety of the public and did not constitute a threat to plant safety. This is submitted as a final report.
