Unit 1 Docket No. 50-416 License No. NPF-13 File 0260/L-835.0 Special Report 83-017/0 - Fire Door OC313 Inoperable AECM-83/0211 On March 1, 1983, the latch to fire door 0C313 in the Control Building was discovered by an operator to be damaged resulting in an alarmed condition for that fire zone. Technical Specification 3.7.7 requires the door and supervisory alarm to be operable at all times. An hourly fire watch was established and will be maintained while the door is inoperable in accordance with Technical Specification 3.7.7.
The latch mechanism is expected to be repaired by April 30, 1983. This is a Special Report submitted pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.2.
