Docket No. 50-416 License No. NPF-13 File 0260/L-835.0 Special Report 83-014/0 - Fire Rated Penetration Opened AEC 83/0209 On March 1,1983, fire Mted penetration TE-1 +B (Elevation 113 feet, Turbine Building) was opened to install a raceway as instructed by a desie.1 change package. An hourly firewatch was established and will be maintained for the duration of the Limiting Condition for Operation in accordance with Technical Specification 3.7.7.

The penetration will be resealed upon completion of the work task. The estimated completion date for the task is May 15, 1983. This is submitted as a Spee al. Report pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.2.
