In accordance with the Fort Calhoun Station's Technical Specifi-cations, the Omaha Public Power District, as holder of Facility Operating License DPR-40, submits three copies of Revision 1 to Licensee Event Report 82-002 (regarding Technical Speci.fication 5.9.2.b. (1)) to satisfy requirements of Regulatory Guide 1.16. The only page affected by this revision is the Licensee Event Report form (NRC Form 366).
Specifically, the " Event Description and Probable Consequences" section has been revised to more accurately describe the circumstances of the event.
