Docket 50-305 Operating License DPR 43 Kewaunce Nuclear Power Plant Revisions to Security hianual in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4), enclosed you will find the original and three (3) copies of revision 2 to the Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant (KNPP) Security hianual.

This manual has been revised to reflect the expanded protected area barrier, and other miscellaneous changes.

A narrative description of the revisions has been included as Attachment A to this letter to aid in your review. The affected Security hianual pages have been included as Attachment 11. All changes except for the figures have been highlighted with revision bars. The entire KNPP Security hianual is being submitted at this time due to slight format and page numbering changes. These changes occurred as a result of new word processing equipment which is currently in use.

WPSC has determined that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the security program and are therefore submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
