12tter from C.J. Paperiello (NRC) to D.C. Hintz (WPSC) dated December 14, 1984, requesting advance submittal of exercise objectives.
In accordance with Reference 1, enclosed is the scenario package for the October 11,1995 emergency exercise at the Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant. Included with this letter is the Exercise Scenario Manual minus appendices.
In order to maintain scenario confidentiality, the attachment to this letter is only being sent to the addressee and Mr.
Antholt of the State of Wisconsin DEG.
This exercise will be a full scale exercise with participation by the State of Wisconsin, Manitowoc County, and Kewaunee County. WPSC's Emergency Preparedness staffis prepared to meet with you to discuss the contents of this submittal at your request. Please contact Mr. William M.
