A Screening Criteria Form for each change with a description and a criteria of review has been included as Attachment A to this letter to aid in your review. The Security Manual is being reissued in its entirety due to reformatting of the manual and has been included as Attachment B.

Reformatting includes, smaller font size, page numbering format change, revPion numbers and dates on each page (past revisions retain their original number and date) and line spacing. All current and l

past revisions have been highlighted with revision bars with the latter retaining their past revision number.
