Operating License DPR-43 Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant Protection Against Malevolent Use Of Vehicles On February 28, 1995, in accordance with 10CFR 73.55(c)(9)(i), Wisconsin Public Service Corporation (WPSC) provided a summary description of the Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant's proposed vehicle control measures as required by 10CFR 73.55(c)(7) and the results of the vehicle bomb comparison as required by 10CFR 73.55(c)(8). By letter dated August 2,1995, WPSC provided a revised description of our proposed vehicle control measures.
This letter provides a final description of the system that has been installed and is operational effective February 29,1996 in accordance with the regulation. This submittal makes minor revisions to the system description and the attached drawings and accurately describes the installed system. The changes are minor in detail and the installed system consists of barriers that have been pre-approved by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
