Request for Continuance of Global Laser Enrichment LLC (GLE)
Interim Authorization to Operate the Classified Cyber Network Reference : (1) GLE2021 -0056 Request for Continuance of GLE IATO , dated October 2021 (2) Letter from Matthew Bartlett to P. Jenny, dated November 16, 2021 ,
NRC Interim Authority to Operate Classified Network and the Plan of Actions and Milestones for Continuous Monitoring GLE submitted in October of 2021 , a request for continuance of GLE's Interim Authorization to Operate (IATO) the classified cyber network (Ref 1). GLE received that IATO on November 16, 2021 (Ref. 2) . The approval was contingent on specified conditions, until May 1, 2022. The specified conditions continue to be met including updates to GLE's plan of action and milestones (POA&M) for transition from NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 3 to Rev. 5. Our next update to the POA&M is due in mid-May.
Our IATO is only valid till May 1, 2022 ; your approval of our request is needed prior to this date.
