TASK ORDER NO. 13, ENTITLED " EMERGENCY OPERATING PROCEDURES - CRYSTAL RIVER 3" UNDER CONTRACT NO.

NRC-03-93-036 In accordance with Section G.5(c) of the subject contract, entitled

" Task Order Award," this letter definitizes the subject task order.

This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work, and the Contractor's proposal dated August 25, 1993.

Task Order No. 13 shall be in effect from October 24, 1993 through December 30, 1993, with a cost ceiling of $31,688.00. The amount of $29,798.00 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs, the amount of $1,833.00 represents the fixed fee, and the amount of

$57.00 represents the facility's capital cost of money.

The accounting data for the subject task order is as follows:
