CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR_ REQUEST DATED JANUARY 23, 1987 By letter dated January 23, 1987, Exxon requested an amendment to License No. SNM_1227 to reflect the name change of the licensee. Exxon Nuclear.was acquired by Siemens Capital Corporation. The name of Exxon Nuclear Company, Inc., was changed to Advanced Nuclear Fuels Corporation. This is an administrative change and will' have no effect on the public health and safety

^ or the environment. Therefore, in accordance with 10 CFR 51.22(c)(11),.neither an Environmental Assessment nor an Environmental' Impact Statement is warranted for this proposed action.
