MATERIAL CONTROL AND ACCOUNTING LICENSING CONCERNS AT SIEMENS POWER CORPORATION In your memorandum to me dated September 24, 1993, you refer to three Inspector Follow-up Items (IFIs) (i.e., 93-201-03, 93-201-04, and 92-201-02)

that involve changes to the Siemens Fundamental Nuclear Material Control (FNMC) Plan.
Richard Milstein, the MC&A license reviewer for Siemens, has been in contact with the licensee regarding IFIs requiring FNMC Plan changes.
It should be noted, however, that two of the items, IFI 93-201-03 and 92-201-t 02, do not require changes to the FNMC Plan.
