'In accordance with your application dated January 23, 1987, and your letter dated July 18, 1986, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1227 is hereby amended to authorize a new name for the licensee and to delete the Centrifuge Test Facility (CTF) as an authorized place of use. Accordingly, Condition 1 is amended to read:
Advanced Nuclear Fuels Corporation.
Condition 9 is amended to include the date of January 23, 1987, and to delete the date of October 27, 1981. Amendment No. I which authorized use of the CTF is hereby superseded.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
Enclosed for your information are copies of our Safety Evaluation Reports.
